1. How to order?

2. How long will take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Your order will be expected to arrive within 1 to 5 working days depending on our courier partner’s capability. Cut off order time will be at 3 pm, any orders placed after that will be processed the next working day.
3. How are the shipping charges calculated?
Your shipping fee is computed base on weight. The shipping fees will be automatically calculated for you on the “Cart” page once you fill-up the shipping address.
4. What does backorder item means?
It applies to item that we do sell, but do not have the item ready physically. Rubber stamp would be an example, where we’ll need the design from the buyer, and for the artwork to be confirmed by the buyer before the item could be physically ready.
5. How long will take for Backorder item ?
If you purchased an item that is on ‘Backorder’ status (a product that is temporarily out of stock), the waiting time is approximate would be around 3 days excluding the time taken to ship it out to the buyer. However certain items may take longer than expected, it depends on the manufacturer and courier partner.
6. How can I check the status of my orders?
After logging into your account, you may check your order status on the “My Account” page “Order” section.
7. Have an item that you're interested in but it's out of stock?
Do kindly contact us via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us, so that we could work out on how we could get the item ready for you to purchase.
8. What are the payment methods available?
At this moment, we supported Online-Banking and E-wallet payment by iPay88.
9. Are there items that you're not able to courier?
Yes, batteries for example is a prohibited item for most couriers/logistics company. However, if you’re would like to purchase such items from us. You may kindly reach out to us via our email at email@example.com or by WhatsApp so that we could work out a delivery solution using our own delivery fleet (Klang Valley only).
10. How can I return my order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more information, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. How does the referral link work?
After you registered an account on our site, you will get a unique referral URL. You may share this URL with your referral, once they registered and made a purchase under your referral URL, you may receive a coupon code reward email. The actual reward will be according to the promotion at the time.
12. Do you allow In-store purchase?
Yes, we do allow in-store purchases whether you’re a retail customer or a wholesale customer.
13. Where is the product come from?
All the product we sold is 100% authentic product. We are an authorized supplier which have full rights from the brand to distribute products to retailers or consumer.
