1. How long will take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Your order will be expected to arrive within 1 to 5 working days depending on our courier partner’s capability. Cut off order time will be at 3 pm, any orders placed after that will be processed the next working day.
2. How the shipping charges ?
Your shipping fee is computed base on weight. The shipping fees will be automatically calculated for you on the “Cart” page once you fill-up the shipping address.
3. How long will take for Backorder item ?
Typically for backorder items, the waiting time is approximate would be around 3 days excluding the time taken to ship it out to the buyer. However certain items may take longer than expected, it depends on the manufacturer and courier partner.

6. How can I return my order?

After you registered an account on our site, you will get a unique referral URL. You may share this URL with your referral, once they registered and made a purchase under your referral URL, you may receive a coupon code reward email. The actual reward will be according to the promotion at the time.
